I don't know how they found out, but I did say a couple bad words this week. Is this a conspiracy? :)

'JUST THE CUTEST THING!'

My friend e-mailed this to me and I thought it was so funny that I am passing it along so you can all get a good laugh too!


One day my mother was out and my dad was in charge of me.
I was maybe 2 1/2 years old!
Someone had given me a little 'tea set' as a get-well gift and it was one of my favorite toys.
Daddy was in the living room engrossed in the evening news when I brought Daddy a little cup of 'tea', which was just water. After several cups of tea and lots of praise for such yummy tea, my Mom came home.
My Dad made her wait in the living room to watch me bring him a cup of tea, because it was 'just the cutest thing!' My Mom waited, and sure enough, here I come down the hall with a cup of tea for Daddy and she watches him drink it up.
Then she says, (as only a mother would know.. :)
'Did it ever occur to you that the only place she can reach to get water is the toilet?'

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY

What a great V-day! I love the holidays more now that McKinley is here! I get so excited! I'm even looking forward to St. Patricks Day:)

When I was little my mom used to surprise us with a little present each holiday. We'd wake up, come to the breakfast table, and there in our spot,(yes we had assigned seating, although I think it just happened that way) we'd find a little surprise. It was something we all looked forward to!


So I wanted to carry on that tradition because I loved it so much!

This year McKinley got a Valentine Shirt, and Sweet Shop little people! She is getting four top teeth and biting everything including me:) She loves fisher price little people!



Greg got Season One of Scrubs. (I love listening to him watch it, cause he has the funnest laugh!)

And Greg surprised me with dishes. I know, I really love dishes:) I get that from my mom.

Just a quick little funny thing...tonight McKinley tooted in the tub. She started laughing and more toots came out, she thought it was hilarious. I wish I could have gotten it on camera. (I'm sure she is thankful that I did not)

Of course we all know what comes after tooting...yes, we emptied the tub and started all over again. I never thought a toot could be so funny!

WE ARE DONE!!!

It's finally happened! We are done downstairs! (a few paint touch-ups don't count!) I was talking to my friend Jaime at church and she asked what we are going to do with the extra bedrooms. One is for guests and the other is a sewing room. The only problem is...I don't really sew:) I guess I need to take that up a little more. It's crazy to think we have a whole other house downstairs. I am glad that we are done, and that the workers don't have to see me in my pj's everyday!

Some other news...McKinley is crawling! I can't believe my little baby is crawling! Greg likes this stage. He feels like he can finally really play with his little girl! I like this stage too! I think it's my favorite so far! I love the babies, but I am loving that she can play along with me.

I am so grateful for all my blessings.
