SUPER EASY!

Because I have girls I have hair accessories everywhere.  I made a clip holder when we lived in Casper, but I needed a hairband holder too!  Now I have both and they match!!!

I almost bought one online from Etsy, but thought I would look for tutorials first.  Good thing I did...this little project was super easy and fast! It's amazing what an old oatmeal canister can turn into!   

No more hairbands around the house...or so I hope!
 

I AM SO HAPPY!!!

NO WAY!!! NO WAY!!!  CAN THIS REALLY BE HAPPENING?!?!?!?!?

I am officially caught up with my blog!!!  Wait hold on...


K I'm back, I just had to get up and do a HAPPY DANCE!!!


Can I just tell you how much better I am starting to feel (emotionally that is)?  I have organized my house to where I don't stress about it anymore, the laundry is done, the kids are happy, McKinley has some cute friends, the bills are paid...the list could go on and on!!!  I am finally getting there!!!  After 5 months of crazy land I am starting to get my life in order and it feels WONDERFUL!!!

I am to the point that I can blog!  I can do some projects (I am currently working on a new growth chart for the girls)! I can play with my kids and not think about the 'list' of things I need to be doing!!!  I can get out of bed because I am not dreading the day living in BOX LAND!  I AM SO HAPPY!!!

Now I am not saying that my life is perfect or that it will stay this organized, but I am saying that my life at this exact moment IS perfect, and that I am organized RIGHT NOW!  Hopefully it will stay like this for a long time, but it's life and things can change with a blink of an eye.  I am just saying that I am finally starting to feel at home!!!  The huge weight that I have been dealing with (Because I am type A. organize. clean. lady) is going away and it is STUPENDOUS!!!

I am off to do some more happy dances!

NECKLACES

I had to document Kasidy! She crawls around the house and finds necklaces on the ground and puts them on the wear! She keeps them on ALL DAY! It is so funny! I love to hear it when she gets on the tile floor cause you know she's coming with the beads hitting the floor! What a cute girl with a fun personality!

NEW CARSEATS

We got new car seats May 13!!!  McKinley was so excited!  She chose it all by herself and I think she did a great job!  Kasidy was done being in the baby carrier and loves facing forward!  It's great to see both their beautiful faces when I turn around in the car!

We are glad McKinley has graduated the old car seat because the way it made her sit she would kick our seats.  Now with this new one her legs are not propped up, but down like a regular chair!  It is great not having her kick the seat!!!

Kasidy loves to look out the window now, and she dances more, and can hand toys back and forth to McKinley!  It's great having them both forward facing!!!

They grow so fast!!! (I wish the pics worked better!  I don't know why I can't get McKinley's photo to rotate! O-well at least it loaded:)

KASIDY IS ONE!

Happy Birthday little girl!  You had such a fun birthday!  We celebrated on your day April 25!  It doesn't seem like it's already been a year!  I remember having you like it was yesterday!  We went to the hospital and I was only dilated to a 2 (I knew that would happen) so I ran stairs for an hour!  When I went back I was at a 4 and they admitted me to the hospital!  After being there for only about 5 hours it was time to have you come!  Come you did..only two pushes!!!  I got to hold you right away!  I couldn't believe how much I already loved you!!!  We are so lucky to have you in our family!

To celebrate your day I made an umbrella with a raindrop cake!  I thought that would be appropriate since your birthday is in April!!!  It was also appropriate since there was a huge hail storm just as the party started!!!  You loved your cake and all your gifts!  Thank you everyone for being so generous!

Then it was cake time!!!  She was very dainty at first and would only use one finger, but then Greg helped her take a big bite.  It was a mess from there!  She even shared with Grandma Sue and Grams!

Thank you for being in our family Kasidy!!!  We love you so much!!!

THE FIRST ONES

These are the first pictures we took in our new house!  I dressed Kasidy up so I could make her birthday invitations.  Yes we finally get to celebrate a family party at OUR HOUSE!!!  Do you love the make-up job on McKinley!  She is such a girl and lives in her princess costumes!  The house wasn't put together the way I would have hoped for a party, but for only being in the house 11 days it was pretty good!

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY

My two girls dressed in pink for February 14th!!!  They each got a Polly Pocket Princess (Belle and Cinderella).  They got to deliver their valentines to cousins, and get one from Grandma!  It was a fun night!
